Placing an order

Add what you want to your cart and fill in your name, mobile number and delivery address at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, the price was listed wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.

We accept cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please have the amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

Delivery

We deliver within Latvia. Orders are dispatched within two working days, and delivery normally takes a further one to three working days. Delivery costs €3.90, and is free on orders over €45.

If nobody is there to receive the parcel, the courier will contact you on the mobile number you gave us to arrange another attempt.

Your right to change your mind

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL], return the goods within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving them back.

This right does not apply to fresh or perishable goods, such as fresh curry leaf, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been opened. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains this in full.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not last as long as it reasonably should, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs), www.ptac.gov.lv, or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
