Who else sees it
Only those who need it to get your order to you:
- The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and mobile number.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
- If you use the location button, the coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to turn them into a street address. OpenStreetMap receives the coordinates but not your name or order.
- Accountants and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, normally five years from the end of the financial year. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Location coordinates are kept with the order and removed when the order record is.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will reply within one month.
